Shire Labels, for the past 25 years has been a trade supplier of printed labels for the printing & Packaging Industry:

We provide a service to the Industry, which allows them to take control of their customers needs without allowing another printing company in the door. Standard Letterpress Label Manufacture: We have a number of Letterpress machines which cater for the smaller run 1-3 colour work also some CMYK . Our letterpress operation has been built to be economicial in set up and production.

Flexo Printing
Our flexo press also has been purchase to ensure total flexibility, The press can manufacture:

- A4 Sheets printed up to 6 colour for address labels or just corporate labels

- Fan fold
- Spocket Punched sheets or forms
Digital Printing
5 years ago Shire started on the digital road with a number of various machines. We now have a number of machines which can supply from 1 label to as many as is feasible, Our digital label machines can supply single labels, Sheets of labels or rolls of labels.
When the quantity gets too big for digital, we will then convert it to one of our other processes, in some cases with out any additional costs.
In digital production, die cutting is also available with no die charges.
You can simply go on to our digital costing system and quote the label for yourself, but remember if the value gets above, say $800 ( subject to label size) it may be more economical to run on one of our other systems, so just drop us an email with specification and a PDF file and we will supply a quote.
Or if your Label has a special application give us a call as digital label stocks are limited so If you need a labels or tag in most cases we can do it.
Anonymity
If required we will not put our name on any product and will package either plain boxes, or into your supplied packaging and send with your delivery dockets to your customer if requested.
